Humane is Not Universal

"Hold me, Monchichi! I just had the worst nightmare: I had to go to the vet in North Korea! Do you know how they treat us there? The word 'barbaric' doesn't even begin to describe it!"

    What is this? was this photo photoshopped or not? If it wasn't that is messed up & needs to be taken down immediately. Animal cruelty.

    I wish the hippies would shut up. Taking down the picture doesn't stop the act from happening. Maybe if it stays up it will spread awareness.
